Seniors and juniors under a single roof in Mont Thabor

Luminous apartments, generous outdoor spaces, noble and robust materials.

Under a roof equipped with 83 square meters of solar collectors, the residence brings together sixty housing units and offces on the ground floor. The building consists of three parts: a common base, a central body and an attic. The base is treated homogeneously, housing the seniors to the south, and the residence halls, their associated premises and two dwellings in its eastern end. The car park access ramp inserts itself naturally in the project. The curved shape provides a transition between the new road and Gaston Monnerville Street. The floors include retreated and protruding loggias, complemented by the emergence of a few external storerooms.

The residence creates an attractive corner to the square of Mount Tabor, with a strong identity.

The relative thinness of the project is used to limit the footprint to 50% of the plot and set up a private garden, with tall trees of non-allergenic and low hydrophilic variety, as well as flower beds.
